Application Procedure

Once you have seen the property that is for you, you will be asked to complete an application form and to put down a reservation fee. Once this is done we will prepare a draft lease to be signed within 7 days. The deposit is payable when the lease is signed and you will also be asked to complete a Direct Debit Mandate for future payments of rent. We will obtain references for you as appropriate. A selection of these are as follows:

Professional / family: Employer, Character & Current / Previous Landlord
Student: Director of Studies, Character and Guarantor

Move in Day

You are only able to move into a property if the Direct Debit mandate is in place and all of your references have been received and approved. You must ensure that all referees provided are aware that we will be in contact.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is based on a formula of 130% of the agreed calendar monthly rental.
